An unemployed actor starts living in a friend's house where they can observe a hot 'n' sexy neighbor doing everyday things like changing her clothes, but with the window open. In both movies the protagonist is claustrophobic and ends up becoming a murder suspect while helping the sexy neighbor. Same twists, different names. And yes, the suburban house setting is changed to an apartment complex in the Bollywood version.
