King Uncle [1993] Adorable orphan girl changes a rich, stingy, mean and unhappy businessman after spending a few days with him.

Annie [1982] The story is Bollywoodized by the addition of a brother of the "stingy businessman". This is done so that besides the uncle-orphan relationship there'd be a standard set of young lovers (the brother and his love interest) present to complete the song and dance sequences. And of course adorn the posters, as you can see!
