Yes Boss a bollycat of The Apartment
The protagonist is a young hardworking employee in a big corporation. He's trying to climb up the ladder and to please the boss he allows his apartment to be used for pleasure purposes by the boss.
Since it would be too much to show the apartment beign used by the boss as a place for having sex in popular Indian cinema, it's used as a con home for the protagonist so that the boss can prove to his wife that his mistress is actually the wife of one of his employees, and he's clean.
The mistress, actually works with the protagonist and they fall in love when the true face of the boss is revealed to her.

'Yes Boss' is also little from bollywood film 'For love or money'.
I don't know much details about the same, but i saw it on HBO.
Also made as "Three to Tango" with Matthew Perry, Neve Campbell and the dude from "The Practice".
Dunno about "The Apartment" connection, but 'Yes Boss' is lifted from a Michael J. Fox movie "For the Love of Money". Only difference is that the protagonist works as a concierge in the original and an ad-agency lackey in the ripoff.
I think it was heavily inspired by For love or Money as Ambar mentioned. All the other movies mentioned share the same theme, but "Yes Boss" was a straight lift from the Michael J Fox movie, including many scenes that were copied straight. However, "Yes Boss" was more entertaining than the movie it was inspired from.
