Shukriya [2004] Jagat - the first one to submit this BollyCat - had this to say about the plot:

A very successful businessman... His daughter's boyfriend, who died earlier in a bus accident, comes to him as a god and asks him for his life. The businessman begs for a few more days to live and the 'god' grants his request. So, he lives on and realizes what life and family are all about.

(We haven't seen "Shukriya" (Thank You), but that DOES sound a lot like "Meet Joe Black"!)

Suleman calls it "Meet Joe Black without much meat". Thanks also to Ritu and Deep, who had this to add: "A frame by frame copy of the original. But Aftab is not Brad Pitt."
