A single guy is trying to raise three little kids when he gets some unexpected help when a girl comes to live with them. In the original she's running from her overprotective father, while in the BollyCat she suffer memory loss from an accident.

This movie is more likely a rip off of Overboard, which starred Goldie Hawn and Kurt Russel. In the original, Goldie was a rich snob who subsequently sufferred from amnesia and was claimed by Russel as his wife.
