Two female con-artists trying to rip off wealthy men. One of them marries the man, the other seduces him. The first one divorces the man and gets lots of cash in the process. Only difference, the original pair was a mother-daughter pair... but I guess that would be too scandalous a situation for a Hindi movie... so they changed it to a pair of sisters.
