Baadshah a bollycat of Nick of Time
Start with the 1995 real-time Johnny Depp thriller "Nick of Time". Shift locations from Los Angeles to Goa. While you're at it toss in a steaming pile of Bondish gadgetry as well. As Bollywood films cannot function with just a single plotline, toss in a mistaken identity subplot, some romantic tunes, and give the hero an ailing mother. Then get Shahrukh Khan as the lead, Amrish Puri as the bad guy, and Johny Lever as the utterly redundant comedic sidekick. And viola! You have a confused disaster like "Baadshah" (King) which will still make enough money in India's villages to deliver a decent ROI.

Actually, I haven't seen Nick of Time. But when I watched Baadsha, I was pretty sure that it is a carbon copy of 'Teen Agent', hollywood movie.
Some parts of Baadsha is lifted from Teen Agent, a.k.a. If looks could kill. The hero looked like early 90s Shahrukh Khan...
the mistaken spy stuff, cross connection between CBI head and Baadsha's mother, gadgets, the spiderman shoes - all were copied from Teen Agent
Certain action sequences have been picked from "Rush Hour" as well, especially the one in which SK falls down the ceiling, and those huge curtains are used to save him... and of course the bomb sequence with the lil kid.
The action scenes (at the construction site) are ripped off Mr. Nice Guy with Jackie Chan.
car and binoculars is a copy from XXX film.
Its a mix of Nick of Time and "The Man who knew Too little" I believe.
I DEMAND THE INFORMATION TO BE CHANGED :P
This film Baadsha has its many sequences copied from the film XXX.
The Gadgetry and Stuff is a ditto copy
This is a carbon copy of Teen Agent, and with a couple of actual sequences chucked in from Rush Hour...literally no originality..they should be ashamed of themselves for claiming credit for this work...whatever credit you can give...
baadshah couldn't have been copied from xXx
teen agent is more like it.
why cant it be a xXx copy? sine baadshah was released in 1999 and xXx was released in 2002, that's why.
I vote for teen agent.
Some part of the movie was copied from "If Looks Could Kill" (1991), for example when Baadshaah calls his mother.
Collate with the original:

[on the phone]
Marge: Hello, Michael, it's mother.
Agent Corben: Hello Mother.
Marge: Listen, honey, I forgot to tell you, pick up an extra bottle of Chanel when you go shopping, grandma will want one too.
Agent Corben: Chanel? Shopping? Grandma?
Marge: That's right. Michael you sound tired, try to get some sleep on the plane.
Agent Corben: Ok?
Marge: Bye sweetheart, we miss you sweetie.
[makes kissing noises into the phone]
The mistaken identity subplot was definitely copied from "If looks could kill"... The movie was also known as "Teen Agent".
